Sequoyah -vs- Hiram Saturday, Feb. 15th                                                                                 

Come out and support the Sequoyah basketball team this Saturday, Feb. 15th in the region tournament.  The Sequoyah boys play Hiram at 7:00 pm at the War Lodge as they strive to make the state tournament for the first time.   The girls play Woodland at 3:00 pm

6th Grade Girls Tie With Creekview for First Place in Region

The 6th Grade girls played a tough game against Creekview in their last regular game of the season and came out the winner.  The Lady chiefs had lost to Creekview in their first matchup by 4 points but beat them in their second meeting by 12.  Both teams ended their record at  7-1 and are Co-Champions in their Region)   Players are: Sam Shuman, Abby Reece, Lindsay Hardiman, Camilla Montoya, Kylie Schmitt,(back row) Madison Black, Tori Rogers, Meredith Jones, Logan Page, Kennedy Williams, Kasey Lawton, and Coach Chuck Page

 

6th Grade Boys take 2nd Place in Region

The 6th Grade Boys beat Creekview in their last regular season game to take 2nd place behind Pope in their region!  Way to go boys!
